I was responsible for the youth players (under 16, team B2), and I was acting Head of Youth. In addition, I coordinated seven youth teams from 13 (C2) to 23 years old and I was the contact person for Ajax strategic cooperation with other youth academies.

As youth coach responsible for players in the under 16 age group (B2) andas coordinator of 3 teams, under 15 (C1) to under 17 (B1).

1996 – 2000 / 2001-2002 Youth goalkeeper coach AFC Ajax
Responsible for goalkeeper scouting and coordinating the entire youth goalkeeper scouting program. During this period I built a network of goalkeeper scouts. In addition, I was goalkeeper scout for Ajax’s professional first team, both national and international.
Prizes won as a coach at AFC Ajax:
With the amateur team of AFC Ajax we won a period title in 1998 -1999.
With the amateur team of AFC Ajax we won a period title in 1999 - 2000.
With the amateur team of AFC Ajax we won a period title in 2001 - 2002.
With the under 16 team in 2003-2004 we became Champion of the second division under 17.
With the under 16 team in 2003-2004 we were runner up in the National Cup final for under 17 against AFC Ajax under 17 (2-1 loss after extra time).
With the under 16 team in 2008-2009 we became runner up in the second division under 17.
With the under 16 team in 2008-2009 we won the National Cup final for under 17 against PSV Eindhoven under 17 (2-1win after extra time).
With the under 16 team in 2008-2009 we won the Super Cup for under 17 against Feyenoord Rotterdam under 17 (1-0 win).
