"How to make your football academy successful and profitable."

In 2010 and 2011, we took charge of a 5 day soccer camp. We made the program and we appointed the Dutch staff to give the training sessions. We brought a coordinator and technical skill coach, a goalkeeper coach, a coordination and running coach with a AFC Ajax background,  4 Ajax youth coaches  specialized in different age groups, from under 10, under 13, under 15 and under 16.

Using our program, we trained in the morning and the afternoon. In between the training sessions players attended presentations about, Ajax, Lifestyle etc. etc.

In the morning goalkeepers and players trained separately. In the afternoon we trained situations where the goalkeepers  got involved and got coached in the soccer situation.

The goal of the camp was to live and train as a professional youth player

In the evening we provided a two day coach seminar for 60 people. Topics were running training, goalkeeper training, tactical training and a training for young youth players. A lot of coaches made the combination that a few players attended the camp and he participated in the course. This was for them and the parents a financial, logistic wise  and organizational  ideal situation.
