Guestspeaker during the first ever held A+ and B+ youth coach courses for coaches who like to be specialized in youth football coaches. I conducted the topics about Academy management, guidance of top talents, talent ID and teambuilding- and group- and staff development processes.

The courses were held in Ganzhou, Jiangxi province, China PR in October 2024 to Januari 2025. My parst were scheduled from 4th of November till 21st of December.
