Presentation for 100 representatives of clubs member of ECA (European Club Associaton). About 100 academy directors, technical directors, specialist, and managers of European professional clubs were attending this seminar with various speakers. During this seminar I have presented the Ajax academy philosophy, mission, vision and way of working within the academy and mainly the older (professional) youth department.
