Presentation to 100 technical directors, ex-international players, academy directors, academy managers, coaches and specialists.  In this 3 day seminar were various international speakers from Premier League and UEFA. During this seminar I have talked about the FAD vision on football, talent-development and my vision how to develop the Chinese youth football for the future. In this presentation I have used as an example and mirror, the best practice example of Dutch football and the Ajax youth academy through my knowledge and experience.
