1-11-2011- 30-10-2015 Assistant coach of  China under 19 and assistant general youth director

Responsible for assisting and helping the General Youth Director Jan Olde Riekerink during his task as head coach of the under 20 team. Assist General Director Youth Football in his task as responsible person for the development of Chinese youth soccer in all its aspects. This means grass roots as well as top sport development of youth soccer. The main accent was top sport development and setting up a scouting structure and the structure of the national youth teams.

We have implemented our vision on football and football development into the following areas of Chinese soccer:

1. Professional youth academies   2. Local soccer associations and National CFA   3. Coach education   4. Pilot cities

In addition to this task I created and wrote a youth plan for goalkeepers and gave courses for goalkeeper coaches.

Prizes won as assistant coach to the Chinese Men's Youth Team:

November 2011 Qualification for the Asian youth CUP (November 2012)

Achievements of the Chinese Men's Youth Team when I was assistant:

3rd place 4 Nations tournament in Qatar. ( Greece-Qatar-UAE)

8th place Terborg International under 19 tournament in Holland.

5th place Uitgeest  International under 19 tournament in Holland.

5th place Copa Amsterdam  International under 19 tournament in Holland.

3rd place 4 Nations tournament in China. (France-Mexico-North Korea)

Knocked out in group phase of Asian Youth Cup in UAE. (Iraq-South Korea- Thailand)
